5 Signs Your Boyfriend is Cheating

A cheating boyfriend can cause tension in any relationship. Everyone hopes their partnership is built on trust, but what happens when that bond is broken and you suspect your boyfriend is cheating? Here are a few signs:

1. Suspicious Computer ActivityThese days, it's easy to meet men in chat rooms, forums or on instant messenger. Have you seen a suspicious name in your IM window or an unknown chat site in your browser history? A little digging can go a long way. Be careful trying to be a super snooper, though, and give your man space. It's just as easy to meet friends online as it is love interests. Your partner may just be reaching out for other gay people to talk to.
2. Sudden Changes in ScheduleSome men may be spontaneous, but most of us keep a set schedule or standard routine in some form or another. This is especially true for day-to-day activities. Has your man's routine suddenly changed without you knowing why? Did his working hours increase or does he have a new gym schedule? Things often change in our lives. In turn, we decide to try and impress our bosses by working overtime or resolve that it's finally time to get into shape. But what raises suspicion is how these changes are communicated to you. 3. Emotional Distance It's normal for the intensity of your relationship to decrease after you've been together for a while. There may have been a time when you couldn't bare to leave each others' sight and now you both enjoy your time alone. This isn't a sign that he is cheating, only that the relationship is starting to settle into a loving and comfortable phase. Nonetheless, take note of any emotional distancing. Has he stopped listening or laughing? Does he seem distant or spacey, almost as if he's preoccupied? Take note if your partner is there physically, but not quite "there" mentally.
4. Less Time Together Just as the intensity of a relationship dwindles slightly over time, so may the time you spend together. But spending less time with each other shouldn't be confused with spending no time at all. Don't react too swiftly. Who knows, his company may be ready to close on a huge deal and they need him around the clock. Or there may be some other legitimate circumstance that demands his attention. Many huge time commitments like these don't last for long periods of time and make sense. He may be working 14 hour days, but does he also leave home on weekends? Look for the unreasonable and unexplainable time commitments.
5. Instinct Mom always said follow your instincts and this is a time when that motherly voice can come in handy. If your gut tells you that something is wrong or that some other guy has captured your man's attention, then go with it. But take caution with how far you follow these feelings. Ask yourself if they are legitimate concerns or if you yourself are lacking trust.

These tips aren't meant to turn your trusting relationship into a game of hide and go seek and there are always exceptions. Trust first, but don't ignore the warning signs. If there are just too many inconsistencies for comfort, then communicate them to your man directly. Don't let him hear of your suspicions from a friend. Also, try not to be accusatory. Simply tell him how his behavior makes you feel. He may be dealing with other issues that have nothing to do with cheating on you with another man.

First Date Tips

first Date Dos & Don'ts

On your first date with a hot chick or hot stud - here are some dos and don'ts you might want to take heed to before you go out.

First I'll start with the guys:

First off look good. If you are naturally an ugly guy (like me), then groom yourself to look handsome. One thing I always say is that, "I may be no Denzel (or Brad Pitt), but I'm somewhere on the family tree." Trim your beard, get a nice hair cut - you can't afford that (you really don't need to be going on a date), then at least make what you have look presentable.

Next, you JUST got to smell good. Typically, and in every culture men blow this to two extremes. They take a bottle of cologne and pour it on their head like Magic Johnson use to pour champagne after winning an NBA title. You have to be easy with all that stuff.

There is a guy I see often who loads up on it, and when you I see him and greet him, you know shake hands, for the rest of the date I smell that crap. Don't over do it. Don't spray yourself down with Axe deodorant. It won't get you any extra girls than you had before (that's all marketing). However what you must do is shower up with good soap, clean behind the ears, under arms (hard scrubs if you have an uneasy scent), and shampoo the hair.

What? Are you too hardcore for all this cleaning up? Fine, simply clean up, but who knows you may get lucky and when the cloths go off, she goes off into the night too, because you stunk ya hardcore goof. Wash up!

You've groomed yourself, got cleaned up - next up get into some comfortable nice looking casual cloths. Don't over do this either. You don't want to show up in a 3 piece and she's wearing in a blouse and jeans. On the same shoe, you don't want to show up in a Cowboys Jersey and shorts, and she's wearing a dazzling dress. A good casual blazer you probably can never go wrong.

This does depend on where you are meeting or going on the date. But keep it simple fellas, seriously.

Now you're on your way to meet her. Greet her with a side-by-side hug. This a hug where you simply put your arm on her back and your shoulders touch, right shoulder to her left shoulder. Do that or you do the "Jay Leno." That's where you hold hands (facing each other), look her in the eyes with a slight smile, and kiss her on the cheek. Leno does this every show when he welcomes a female guest on the show.

Now if that greeting stuff is not your style, just play off of how she greets you, if she comes in for a full hug, give her a full hug and tease her about it. If she doesn't get up to give you a greeting (because you are late), tease her about it. Don't get all into what she didn't or did do.

Now the meet of the date is rather simple, bring up topics that you want, ask questions, even questions you think are too "cookie-cutter." We have to remember you are dating to learn about each other so ask away. One of my favorite questions is how often do you wear underwear before you through them out?

It's off the wall, it's funny, and it gives me an idea of their hygiene. When dinner is over; don't freeze up like most guys and pay for dinner. Only do it if you want to. You have to remember she's a big girl and can handle these things. Her having dinner with you is just as important as you having dinner with her.

Now if you opened your big mouth and said, "CAN I take you out." Then you probably have to pay. If you said, "I'm going to the Bistro, want to join me.?" And she says yes, then that is a meeting/date. You're not obligated to pay for her dinner.
